Fong grew up a first-generation Chinese American, shaped by the landscapes of Oregon and Nevada and the kind of upbringing that builds both grit and grace. She went on to study at Westmont College in Santa Barbara — a place that deepened her faith and expanded her world.
Since then, she's built a career that is as varied as it is impressive — from the world of fashion to the heart of the non-profit sector, and now as a senior HR executive bringing both humanity and strategy to everything she does. She's currently pursuing her MBA at Wharton, because why not keep growing?
She plays the violin. She makes meals from scratch that her friends still talk about weeks later. She does pilates, hits the golf course, and lifts weights — and she travels to Hawaii and Europe like most people check their email. She moves through the world with intention, style, and a warmth that is completely her own.
